A local optometrist with a busy practice found that he was not keeping up with industry trends and wanted to take his business to the next level.

We were contracted to analyse how his website was talking to his back-end systems  and come up with a suggestion how to improve this integration.

At the same time both Yelp and Facebook advertising needed some attention to help get more business. Google ad-words campaigns were also adjusted to get maximum value.

To improve organic SEO we introduced a blog to the website. We continue to handle the posting of blog articles, the insertion of up to date testimonials and the building of landing pages for the various campaigns.

The owner also wanted to be able to monitor the office from home as well as provide background music for waiting patients and his staff. We specified, sourced and managed the installation of the appropriate equipment to achieve these wishes.

We also chat with the owner on a weekly basis to discuss strategy going forward and any other office issues that may arise.
